Our products are fundamentally gluten-free. However, cross-contamination of allergens cannot be completely ruled out due to the production process.

The exact dosage recommendation for each product can be found on the back of the pack or above under "Use". We recommend consuming our products with sufficient liquid, ideally with a meal and at approximately the same time of day.

You can generally combine our products. reset can be combined with all products and should be consumed for a maximum of 3 months, while the other products should be consumed continuously until your hormone chaos is resolved. We only recommend that you pause consumption of the other products while you are taking relief and mood. The minerals and vitamins contained in relief are already highly dosed. Once you have finished relief and mood, you can continue with the other products as usual.

If you are not satisfied with the effect of a product, you have the option of receiving a one-off refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) up to 100 days after purchase. To do this, please contact fenou’s customer service team by email at support@fenou.de. They will send you a returns label with which you can return both closed and opened products to them. They will refund you the purchase amount as soon as the product has been processed in the warehouse. Please note that it can take an average of 3 months for herbal active ingredients to develop their full effect. If you buy several bags of the same product, please open only one bag at a time in the interests of sustainability. Unfortunately, fenou have to dispose of opened packaging.

Lactobacillus plantarum is a naturally occurring lactic acid bacterial strain traditionally found in fermented foods. This strain is part of the normal human microbiota and is used in high-quality probiotic formulations.
LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is one of the best-researched probiotic strains. It naturally occurs in the human gut and is considered particularly resistant to stomach acid.
BIFIDOBACTERIUM ANIMALIS SUBSP. LACTIS
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis is a well-studied strain commonly used in probiotic supplements. Bifidobacteria are important components of a healthy gut flora.
LACTOBACILLUS REUTERI
Lactobacillus reuteri is a naturally occurring lactic acid bacterial strain that forms part of the normal human microbiota. It is widely used in probiotic research.
