Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing fatty acid that acts as a cofactor in mitochondrial energy production and plays a role in glutathione recycling. It is amphiphilic, meaning it is both fat- and water-soluble. Through micellisation with Gummi Arabicum, the absorption of its lipophilic components is further optimised.

Berberine is a plant-derived alkaloid that is studied in nutritional science in the context of glucose metabolism. It complements the formula as a botanical component related to insulin signalling. Berberine is poorly water-soluble. Through our micellisation process with Gummi Arabicum, it becomes water-compatible, enabling significantly improved bioavailability compared to conventional capsules.

Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is studied in nutritional science in the context of glucose and insulin metabolism. It complements the formula as a botanical component. We specifically use a standardised bark extract from true Ceylon cinnamon, rather than cassia cinnamon, which contains significantly higher levels of coumarin. In our liquid formulation, it is already fully dissolved and immediately available.

DCI complements myo-inositol in the insulin signalling pathway. Both occur naturally in blood plasma. Higher amounts of DCI may negatively affect oocyte quality according to studies, which is why we have deliberately kept the dosage low.

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is the main catechin found in green tea, a potent polyphenol that complements the formula as an antioxidant botanical component. EGCG is poorly water-soluble. Through micellisation with Gummi Arabicum, it becomes water-compatible, enabling significantly improved bioavailability.

Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and has a role in cell division (EU health claims). It is essential when trying to conceive and during early pregnancy. We use 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the bioactive form, which does not need to be converted first and is particularly relevant for the 40–60% of the population with an MTHFR gene variant.

The core of our technology. Gummi Arabicum makes 5 out of 12 fat-soluble active ingredients (berberine, EGCG, black seed, spearmint, alpha-lipoic acid) water-compatible through micellisation. Studies show up to a 4.32-fold increase in bioavailability. It also acts as a soluble dietary fibre. Gummi Arabicum is a natural plant resin from the acacia tree and is approved as a food additive across the EU.

L-carnitine is an amino acid–like compound that transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where energy is produced. It complements the formula in the area of energy metabolism. It is water-soluble and already fully dissolved in our liquid formulation.

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions. According to EU health claims, it contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. We use two highly bioavailable forms (citrate and bisglycinate). In our liquid formulation, it is already fully dissolved, with no dissolution phase required.

Myo-inositol is an endogenous second messenger involved in insulin signalling within cells. Studies suggest that women with PCOS often have lower inositol levels. In our liquid formulation, it is already fully dissolved, with no dissolution phase required as with capsules or powders.

We use vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P). According to EU health claims, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Black seed (Nigella sativa) contains thymoquinone as its key bioactive compound. The plant has been used in traditional nutrition for centuries and complements the formula as a versatile botanical component. Thymoquinone is fat-soluble; through micellisation with Gummi Arabicum, it becomes water-compatible and significantly more bioavailable.

Spearmint contains rosmarinic acid and other secondary plant compounds. In formulation science, it is used as a botanical component in hormone-sensitive contexts. Its lipophilic constituents are micellised through our Gummi Arabicum process, making them water-compatible and more readily available.

Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and increases iron absorption (EU health claims). We use ascorbic acid, a water-soluble form that is immediately available in our liquid formulation.

Zinc is a cofactor in over 200 enzymes. According to EU health claims, it contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism, the maintenance of normal skin, and normal fertility and reproduction. Our zinc bisglycinate is one of the most bioavailable chelated forms. In our liquid formulation, it is already dissolved and immediately available.
