CAPSULE
Take 2 capsules daily with enough water, ideally with a meal and at the same time. For maximum effect, we recommend consumption for at least 3 months. The capsules can be consumed continuously all year round. One beauty bag contains 60 capsules and corresponds to a monthly ration.
CLEANING FOAMTo cleanse in the morning and evening, pump a small amount into your hand and massage gently into the cheeks, forehead and chin. Wash with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Then apply the cream. The clear skin cleansing foam is delivered in a pump dispenser and contains 200 ml.
CREAM
Apply to desired skin areas 1-2 times daily or as needed after cleansing. Avoid your eyes. One pump bottle of the clear skin cream contains 50 ml.

Good plant sources include potatoes, bananas, legumes, nutritional yeast, dark green leafy vegetables and nuts. What is adult acne?
